Mr. Papademetropoulos has managed the construction of numerous properties representing the Owner and observing the work of the general contractor and/or the subcontractors. When a general contractor is involved, the Project Manager acts as the Owner’s representative, ensuring that the project follows the prescribed schedule and budget. As an alternate, the Manager can bid the project to subcontractors and observe their work, ensuring that the construction follows the quality desired by the Owner and frequently resulting in cost savings.
